for Using the bos96 Platform

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the bos96 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use bos96 services.

These terms and conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and the management of bos96 ("Company"). This document should be read together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules displayed on the platform.

To register and use the bos96 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Be resident in or located in a geographic area that does not prohibit participation in online gambling activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract.
• Not be an employee, agent, contractor or any individual associated with bos96 or our affiliated companies.
• Not have had an account previously terminated by bos96 for fraud, breach of terms or prior misconduct.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active bos96 account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — regardless of different names, emails or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. bos96 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, including requesting a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or other supporting documents.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Keeping your username and password confidential is your responsibility. Contact bos96 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bos96 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum amount for deposits and withdrawals is RM50 per transaction regardless of the payment method chosen. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the bos96 account holder.
• Deposits using third-party methods or in the name of another individual are prohibited.
• bos96 is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect transaction details provided by the user.
• Withdrawal requests that exceed the permitted amount may require additional verification before being processed.
• bos96 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.

All bonuses offered by bos96 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the stated requirements before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: The first deposit is eligible for a 100% match bonus up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.

• Bonuses are valid for one registered account, one device and one IP address only.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or hedging strategies, may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.
• bos96 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect active bets.
• All bonuses and promotions are available only to users who meet the stated eligibility requirements.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following while using the bos96 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any method to simulate human interaction during play.
• Exploiting any bug or technical vulnerability in the system. Any bug discovered must be reported to bos96 immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unauthorised advantage.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting bos96 customer support. Before closure, ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed. bos96 reserves the right to withhold account balances involved in activities suspected of violating these terms until the investigation is complete.

The bos96 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain stable and continuous platform operations, bos96 does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or technical errors.

bos96 is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, system outages, or internet connection issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses occurring due to unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Online gambling involves real financial risk. Users are fully responsible for their own betting decisions. bos96 recommends that all members set personal limits and play within their means.

bos96 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or a notice displayed on the platform.

Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the bos96 website unless stated otherwise. If you do not agree with any amendments made, you have the right to terminate your account by contacting our support team before the amendment's effective date.

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos96 holds its licence. bos96 operates under a valid international licence.

Should any dispute arise between you and bos96, the first step is to submit a formal complaint to our customer support team, which operates 24/7 via live chat or email. We will endeavour to resolve every dispute fairly and within a reasonable time.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to refer to the dispute resolution mechanism established by the relevant licensing authority.
